Booking policies

All new clients must make a 20% deposit when booking. This deposit is applied to your total cost of services. This deposit is non-refundable. 

Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may have to be cancelled. This is considered a no-show. For consultations your appointment will be cancelled after 10 minutes. 

Cancellations. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. A rebooking fee will be required if less than 48 hours notice is provided. If proper notice is provided your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 90 days of original booking. 

No refunds. If you would like to make any adjustments to your hair service you must notify your provider within 48 hours of service. 

No-shows will not be rescheduled.
